AAA Tucson Marana Auto Repair Center

I was just made aware of a very serious interaction that my mother had at your location when she went to get her battery checked on 7-11-2025 at roughly 10:54am. I will start by saying that her battery was replaced by AAA a few times over the past 6 months and we were advised to bring it into a AA shop to have it inspected after the last jump we needed to do. So, I scheduled an appointment for my mom to go to this location and get it checked. This was for a 13 Subaru Outback. Now, my mom is 74 and disabled. She has a handicap placard and this car is her whole him. Without it, she is stuck at her home without other transportation options. Due to her handicap, it is very important that …

My old Jeep died and was towed to this facility. As I am from out of town, I kept my fingers crossed as I was not familiar with the facility. What I found was a crew of hard-working mechanics and a couple excellent service managers (Kevin and Brian) who do a superb job of communicating up-to-date repair info on your vehicle. Every reputable garage repair service is expensive, but I found these folks try real hard to try to work with the customer to focus on only the core necessary repairs.

I went to the AAA Garage for an oil and filter change, and to get an honest inspection of my vehicle. They had me out of there in about 40 minutes, and a clean report on the condition of the vehicle. They did not try to sell me on any repairs, but rather complemented me on the condition of my vehicle. I will definitely continue to take my car there for future services.

I had a very good experience with AAA on River Road in Tucson. I scheduled an oil change for 1:00 PM. My vehicle was taken promptly, the work was completed in under an hour, and there were no hard sells on a few vehicle deficiencies. Thanks Brian and the staff there.

Didn’t even make it as far as setting an appointment. I guess in this day and age women are still being talked down to by mechanics?!? Called to find out the price for brake work and was completely disregarded by the mechanic who called back. I wasn’t even able to finish explaining my situation before his suggestion was taking the car through a car wash to wash off the dust on the brakes. Um … the car is literally washed every single week. He ended up giving me a quote for checking the brakes. Forget it! I’ll just pay extra to go back to the dealership and at least they won’t make me feel like an idiot.
