These guys always knock it out of the park. Stephen helped me out this visit and he was friendly, professional, and got my truck in and out before I expected. The truck runs great and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Nelson, the owner, has a great team and it’s clear that customer service and pride in their work are their top priorities.

I have used NLM on several repairs for my 2016 Tahoe. They are awesome mechanics and run a great business. They’re honest and forthright in assessing the problem , the cost and time to fix it and stand behind their work for warranty. Their customer service is above and beyond the norm. I highly recommend NLM and will continue to use them as my go-to mechanic.

Great experience - my 2014 Grand Cherokee needed some major engine surgery. These guys had the problems diagnosed in no time, and had a quote for repairs faster than promised, and when they got the word to proceed, finished the work a day earlier than promised. It was well under a week for the whole process from drop-off to pickup for fairly major engine work. The next day I had an engine light, which was unexpected. But they had my car back in there immediately, and diagnosed and replaced an unrelated sensor, no charge. Nelson has a great operation going there, fairly priced and good service. Thanks to the front desk staff Alayna and Autumn for quick and thorough communication too.

Came in for oil change and AC service. Service was quick but thorough. There was an issue with the schrader valves on AC fittings and they found the issue and repaired it. The only issue is that they didn't tell me till I asked when I was waiting for them to pull the car around. I was wondering what was taking so long and asked them what the issue was. It was then they told me. I wish they would have just come and told me it will take a while longer because of the issue. I was right outside the store. I just like to be informed about any concerns even if they think they can and will fix it. Communication would be nice.

Man I don't know what to say other than I have not had the same experience these other reviewers had.. I tried to take several different vehicles here and it's literally 40/60... and not on the winning side for the customer.. They are very nice people for the most part, Nelson the owner, choose to try and butt heads with me for some reason but other than that everyone is respectful and friendly. 2005 Cadillac was my first, it sat there for several months and Noone was able to locate the parts, but on my end I had already involved a $2000 cash deposit.
