I arrived at the new Eastside location, was greeted by a friendly and smiling staff, they provided me with a diagnostic report of my issue and a fair price. I have to confess that I got a quote from another place that was two times the amount JT Auto quoted, so I was happy to deal with them. They dropped me off at work and a few hours later my car was good as new. It was my A/C compressor and now JT Auto has got me rolling in coo air in this AZ heat. Thanks from a 100% satisfied customer!

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Was quoted an OUTRAGEOUS amount at Desert Toyota and asked around for a recommended auto shop. Wendell and his company delivered and at a great price. Will be coming back for all my auto needs.

Just want to thank Wyndell and his team at JT Auto for their great service on my Toyota Tundra today. I needed new tires and he helped me find a good deal on some and had them installed in a timely manner and made a huge difference on the ride. !! PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO JT AUTO!!! This is my response to the response by the owner. He stated in his response that he advised me to do a pressure test on the radiator. This is false. I’ve attached his own comments to this review and my previous review, in which he clearly stated that a bolt was threaded into the radiator that did not belong there. He determined this was the cause for the leak. Nowhere did he advise for a pressure test. Now my assumption is as it has always been in this regard that he was not trying to do what was right, instead of owning up to his mistake, he tried to flip the blame on me. !!!PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO JT AUTO!!! I was selling my Toyota Highlander, and the person purchasing the vehicle requested for a mechanical inspection. I took the vehicle to JT auto, and after the inspection, they informed me and the buyer that my radiator was punctured by a screw that did not belong there. There were other small issues but this was the issue that they pointed out as being the most serious and significant. They quoted the customer a ridiculous amount to change the radiator.
